murphs morphs to mindy

There is no doubt I have caught the amigurumi bug!! I can't believe how easy I've found it, I've even gone as far as making my second attempt a bit free stylin', morphing some techniques learnt from Murphy. So, please let me introduce you to Mindy!! I've modeled her from a soft toy I bought in Japan : )

Murphs & Mindy are baby gifts for two of my friends, both have had little bundles of joys very recently!!

HOW GOOD is Mindy!!! I love her!!! Glad to hear youv'e got the amigurumi bug too!! YAY!!! SHe is gorgeous!! Look at those ears!
PS Yes crochet/bear making neck is a big reason for my Yoga decision, I think thanks to crochet, my left shoulder sits permanently up, ouch!!

mindy is super cute! :D im now even more tempted in trying amigurumi out. i recently got a japanese amigurumi book out from the library (*ahem* just to wow at the pictures), and it further pushed me towards the amigurumi camp.
im trying so hard to keep to my "one craft at a time" rule. mindy's not helping out with my efforts :D

Murphy and Mindy, you are THE BEST! And Miss Buttons, so great to meet you today, thanks for the crocheting inspiration and for being so lovely :) I will definitely need to pick up the hook and try my hand at some more crafty crochet creations.

I am in awe of your freestyling. When it comes to crochet the only freestyling I can survive is the one involving a lap pool and a pair of goggles.
