introducing murphy

Hello my name is Murphy! I was born today, lovingly crafted from my mumma's new crocheting skills. She said she made a few mistakes along the way like using the wrong sized crochet hook so I have large holes but I forgive her as that is what makes me, ME!

Signing off,
Murphs

Pattern Credits: Jess from the Meet me at Mikes book.
Warning: Amigurumi is highly addictive.

Murphs, you look great to me. I don't see the flaws though I tend to use the wrong size hook all of the time!

amigurumi is madly addictive. It's gotten in the way of my sewing more than a few times, but when you can make such cute critters it's worth it. Do check out the free patterns on Ravelry!

Hello Curly Pops! Yes, I would definitely give amigurumi a go!! You will need to know some basic crochet, I got some books out of the library and watched you tube videos. You can do it!!!

Yay! I tought myself with youtube about a year ago, made two bears, then totally forgot about it. Just the other day I started up again and have almost completed a baby elephant!

I just bought a little book called "Tiny yarn animals" by Tammie Snow (www.roxycraft.com) that I highly recommend.

Your panda looks amazing by the way! xx
