Yesterday I visited my local doctor for a case of the common cold and to my surprise she had told me how she had been so inspired after looking at my website that she went and re-acquainted herself to her old cross-stitching project that she had started back in 1981!
Of course I couldn't leave without giving her the URL to Etsy.

I know what you mean about Etsy though, I tell everyone, even the checkout chicks at the supermarket!
I did when I was in hospital recently! I didn't have any business cards with me though so couldn't hand them out to all the student doctors that came to see me! An opportunity missed there I think!
