i was in a scrapbooking type shop yesterday here in seattle. i remembered that at teh stitches & craft show you were looking for a hole punch - was it a heart shape, or a scalloped heart shape? anyway, they had a number of shape hole punches in different sizes, some motifs with scalloped edges.
