I'm so overwhelmed by all my Birthday Wishes. Thank you : ) **blush**
I started my birthday by visiting Made Cafe for a morning coffee. Margie surprised me with a big Happy Birthday when I walked in the door and surprised me again with a Portuguese Tart with my coffee. I was very spoilt and even more so when I noticed the cuckoo clock teaspoon! A coffee definitely tastes better when stirred with a cuckoo clock teaspoon. As I went to pay with my Nanna's money Margie insisted it was her treat. : ) She is such a sweetheart.
Next I was off to visit another sweetheart in the city for coffee (more(!) & cupcakes.
Victoria is so sweet she gave me a pair of her very cool earrings! and some homemade banana cake, which I may add was beautifully and skillfully packaged. Thank You Victoria!!
She took me to the most cutest cafe in the city with dangling chairs from the ceiling.
And while I was taking a photo of Victoria's very cool get-around-town bag, she quickly paid for our treats and insisted it was her shout.
As you can imagine it was the most beautiful day!!
With Nanna's $10 still in my purse I think will buy a little something from the Maribyrnong Makers Market this Saturday.
