inspiration on my desk

Books, books, colourful inspiring books!

A little gem that I picked up on the weekend titled Petit Pattern Book - Flowers & Leaves, comes complete with a CD-ROM full of beautiful vintage inspired flower and leaves patterns. The author suggests a handful of ideas on how to use the patterns from printing straight onto fabric from your home computer to making your own letterset. I'm going to have a lot of fun with this one!

Borrowed from a friend, Jeu de Paume - Children's Rooms "Stockholm" is an absolute visual delight and a great source of interior inspiration. I think I want to collect the whole Paumes book series!

Lastly, a new Japanese interior magazine purchased from Kanga Kanga. I hope to scan in some of my favourite pages for a little show and tell very soon.

Your desk looks lovely as usual! Remember we saw those Paumes books for sale in Malmo? That seems like ages ago now. I love them and Paumes have agreed for Lark to sell them in Australia! I am so excited. Look at this page on my website(http://www.larkmade.com.au/lines/paper.html)!

Hi, I stumbled upon your blog this evening and thought how lovely it was. I love the gorgeous books on your desktop - they do look very inspiring. I especially love the Paumes which I keep seeing reference to but have never seen in the UK - think I'll have to do a web hunt to see more!
